Knitting two stitches together is one way to decrease the row by one stitch. In this video we will show you how to decrease a stitch using the knit 2 together method. This technique is used in the Lola Pom Slippers Knitting Kit and the Luca Pom Hat Knitting Kit.

Step-by-step guide
Also referred to as knit 2 together.
Step 1:
Insert the right needle into two stitches.
Step 2:
With the yarn behind the needles, wrap it around the tip of the right needle anticlockwise. Draw the yarn through to create a knit stitch as normal.
Step 3:
You have now decreased the stitch.
And that’s how you decrease a stitch by knitting two stitches together at the same time!
