Outside the UK mainland, all shipping costs are estimated on your order. Shipping costs are calculated on actual order weight, order dimensions and actual address. One of our team will be in contact if additional shipping costs are required. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Will I need to pay any additional Duties or Taxes?
If you are in the UK, you will not have to pay any additional duties or taxes after checkout to receive your order.
If you live outside the UK, you may be charged import duties. Please be aware customers are also responsible for payment of any local customs and duties. We suggest that you check with your local Government with regards to any fees.
If you live outside the UK, you will need to pay the delivery company any additional duties or taxes owed to receive your order.
In the USA, you will be charged State Tax if you live in any of the following States: Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington & Wisconsin.

This tool may not be 100% accurate, but it will give you an indication of the additional duties and taxes you are likely to pay to receive your order.
VAT Charges: If your order currency is GBP or EUR, all prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. The VAT charge is calculated based on the final value of your order at the payment stage of the checkout process.
If your order currency is USD, we do not charge you VAT. This means we cannot provide VAT refunds on non-EU orders.
Order Tracking:
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, via your order email, with your tracking link so you can follow your order journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to activate after you receive your shipping notification email. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder if you don’t see our email in your main inbox.
Not received your order: Please check the tracking information provided via email after dispatch for more information. Please wait up to 7 working days due to some courier delays and international bank holidays.
