UK DELIVERY    

We know how important it is for you to be able to keep track of your order’s progress and monitor its journey. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your unique tracking link so that you can do just that. The fastest way to find out the status of your delivery is to click the link included in your confirmation email; however, for your convenience, please find the general tracking pages for the couriers we are using presently.

Busy Periods (Christmas/Sale): Please note, the team work hard to hand pick all the kits and get all of your orders to you in good time. Processing times from placing the order to dispatch is up to 10 working days. However during busy sale periods this may take longer. Please also allow time for Royal Mail to deliver your parcel.

We offer free standard delivery for orders greater than £45.00.

Orders must be placed before 1pm (13:00) UK time on weekdays to qualify for Express Delivery. This ensures we are able to dispatch on the day of ordering. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.

Royal Mail deliveries are expected to arrive within 2-5 working days of dispatch; however, this service cannot be guaranteed by Stitch & Story.

 

If you need your parcel more urgently, we recommend selecting UK Express Delivery.
