When you’ve accidentally knitted a stitch instead of purling you need to reverse the wrong stitch.
Step 1:
To reverse a knit stitch insert the left needle into the right needle and draw the loop backwards into the stitch.
Step 2:
Undo the yarn clockwise and release the right needle. Now you can continue working.
